We founded Bright Corner to respond to a dramatic weakness in our industry. The Internet bubble had just burst and professional services companies around the world quickly realized that their fundamentally flawed business models were not sustainable. With the huge margins of the late-90’s extinct, what followed was nothing less than a mass exodus. Almost at once, our competitors abandoned their multidisciplinary service offerings, frantically searching elsewhere for a way to maintain astronomical pricing. This strategy failed and all but a handful of companies disappeared from our space.

Making Lemonade out of Lemons

In the wake of this disappearance was an amazing opportunity – to grow a professional services company with a focus on designing highly profitable online customer experiences using an efficient approach and competitive pricing. The major obstacle to success was the worst professional services recession in over two decades. We knew that to survive and emerge an industry leader Bright Corner must put reputation before revenue and develop a singular focus on delivering the highest possible return on investment for our clients.

Our growth strategy resulted in three key business decisions. First, we recruited and retained the very best technical and creative talent in our industry, building a closely knit team of experts that share a common vision and values. Second, we created a trimmed-down approach to delivering technology and creative services that engages our clients and ensures success on every project. Third, we chose to focus our services on designing highly profitable online customer experiences that deliver amazing returns year after year.

Successful? We like to think so.

More than three years later, Bright Corner has delivered dozens of projects to over thirty clients nationwide. Our company is debt-free, employee-owned, and has experienced minimum 25% annual growth since our inception without a single unprofitable quarter. We are most proud of the fact that over 75% of our annual revenues come from existing customers and that we have never failed to deliver a project in our entire history.
